Testing new 507" Saturday morning
Nice, clean install. Let us know what it runs.
Looks lovely and congratulations for arriving at the point of testing!
I do envy you guys with larger vehicles complete with their generously sized engine compartments.
Nice me lickey!!
Not exactly sure how the 1475 affects this I know the dyno numbers for builds like this with
with a Bulldog...
Who ported the heads ?? If they are Pro Comps your in the 700 hp range
Only thing I see off hand is maybe your fuel reg and feeds aint up to it
Can you share some details on the waterpump/mounting? beautiful motor.
Btw, is this your car?
Ya tell about the water pump adapters??
I dont know about his but Cadco makes them.
I have a set from them ..I thought I posted this.. I've had them for years
I say there Butch, you got any pictures of them thar Cadco "Chevy Water Pump Adapter Kit Billet Aluminum $95"? Since the question has been asked about their mounting and such, and with a picture being worth a thousand words, pictures would be nice. The Cadco site shows anything.
Theres pics here somewhere.. I tapped mine for an fittings because I had to run a remote pump..
The apadter bolts to the block via countersunk socket heads and the pump bolts thru them.. one side blocks off the bypass port....maybe 3/4 thick adapter one on each side..
Would I be correct in assuming that the Chevy pump will protrude farther forward than the original
Cadillac pump, thus requiring a different pulley?
Intended I believe for Electric pump
